Research Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kenya Crawford, INC as a Research Analyst. Kenya Crawford, INC is a consulting and training firm that seeks to create healing and liberating spaces to dismantle oppressive systems. This is achieved through Anti-Racism Programs, trainings, workshops, and racial affinity groups. Kenya Crawford, INC approaches this work from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, intersectional, and trauma-informed lens.
The Role
As a Research Analyst, you will assist in developing literature reviews on topics related to anti-racism, mental health, and trauma. Additionally, you’d play a pivotal role in supporting Organizational Anti-Racism assessments by creating surveys, performing interviews, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. There may be some opportunities for presentation support and facilitation depending on interest.
Compensation: Starting at $60 per hour depending on experience

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct surveys & interviews
Track study participants for follow-up surveys and interviews;
Synthesize findings and prepare visual presentations of data;
Conduct literature reviews and help draft text for reports and public-facing documents;
Provide tech support in zoom during workshops & training
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Passion for mental health and anti-racism required
1-2 years of research experience required
Experience with equity-related research preferred
Experience with Qualtrics, SPS, or SaaS preferred
Experience with Zoom, Gmail, and ClickUp
Prior experience conducting surveys and/or interviews
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication;
Approaches work with an attention to detail;
